Product use
Bi-directional tensile plastic geogrid is suitable for all kinds of embankment and roadbed reinforcement, slope protection, cave wall reinforcement, large airports, car parks, wharf yards and other permanent bearing foundation reinforcement.
The finite element method is used to study the use of two-way geogrid reinforcement bridge embankment, so as to control the problem of bridge jumping. The spacing of the reinforcement layer is analysed for its influence on the settlement of the bridgehead embankment, the distribution of vertical additional stresses, and the tensile stresses and tensile strains of the geogrid. The results show that the reinforcement treatment of bridge head embankment with reasonable scheme can effectively control the settlement of bridge head embankment, and make the settlement between bridge deck and embankment can be smooth transition, which creates favourable conditions for the control of bridge head jumping.

Construction method
Excavate the foundation bed, set the sand bedding layer (height difference is not more than 10cm), rolling into a platform, laying grating, the longitudinal axis should be the same as the main direction of force, and longitudinal lap 15-20cm, transverse 10cm, lap with a plastic tape tie, and in the laying of the grating, every 1.5-2m with a U-type nails fixed to the ground, laying of the geogrid should be backfilled in time with the soil material, laying of the number of layers of geogrid depending on the technical Requirements.
Geogrid construction process requirements
Geogrid paving surface should be a relatively flat, paving layer after acceptance, in order to prevent longitudinal skewing phenomenon, according to the width of the paving layer in the white line or hanging line, you can start paving, and then use nails to fix the end of the grille (8 nails per metre wide, even distance fixed).
After fixing the end of the grille, use the paving machine to slowly pull the grille forward to pave, every paving 10 metres long to manually tighten and straighten once, until a volume of the grille is paved, and then pave the next volume, the same operation as before.
After paving a volume with a 6T-10T roller from the starting point to the forward direction can be crushed once. (If paving on the middle surface layer and levelling layer, it is appropriate to use steel roller roller; if the grating is directly paved on the concrete pavement, it is appropriate to use rubber roller roller.)
Paving: take the roll length as a unit as the section length of paving, after paving in the section length which should be paved with grating, check the quality of paving once more as a whole, and then proceed to pave the next section. The next section of paving, grating and grating can be used 10-15CM lap length, and fixed with nails or wedges to continue to the forward direction of the second section of paving. And so on, the operation requirements are the same as before.
