1. Set up the foundation and construct it according to the designed wall system. When the prefabricated reinforced concrete panel is elected, it is generally 12-15cm thick and supported on the prefabricated concrete foundation. Its width is not more than 30㎝, thickness is not less than 20㎝, and depth is not less than 60㎝ to prevent the influence of frozen foundation.
2. Leveling the wall foundation, excavating, and leveling according to the design requirements. Soft soil needs to be compacted or refilled, compacted to the required density and should be slightly beyond the range of the wall surface.
3. Laying of reinforcement material, the main strength direction of the reinforcement material should be perpendicular to the wall surface, and fixed with pins.
4. The wall is filled with soil by machinery, and the distance between the wheels and the reinforcement material should be kept at least 15 cm. The thickness of one layer of soil after compaction is about 20-15 cm.
5. When the wall is constructed, the wall surface should be wrapped with geotextile fabric to prevent leakage of earth filling.
